ABOUT ME
Born and raised in Northern Ireland, I have been working in church and non-profit leadership, both there and in the United States, since 1998. Ordained in the Irish Methodist Church, I served in ministry on the Shankill Road in Belfast, Northern Ireland for several years before making a move to the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church, where I have been serving since 2013.
I hold degrees in theology (B.Th.), mission (M.A.), and church leadership (D.Min.) I am also a professionally trained coach (accredited by the International Coaching Federation at ACC level.)
As a coach, I take pride in creating safe space for clergy in which I listen deeply and ask powerful questions that help you name your current reality and identify goals for journeying through it. I'll also help you design a plan to help you take your best steps towards achieving those ministry and leadership goals.

I take great pride in helping my clients make real progress, and I look forward to helping you.

More personally, I'm married to Margaret, and we have two children and two dogs. In my spare time I love to follow the fortunes of the Ulster and Ireland rugby teams, as well as those of Liverpool Football Club in the English Premier League. I am a somewhat reluctant run/walker who very proudly completed my first marathon in 2022 and a second one in 2023.
