As a seasoned clergy leader with extensive experience in Northern Ireland and the United States, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching practice. With degrees in theology, mission, and church leadership, I've served in various ministry and leadership roles since 1998, including ordination initially in the Irish Methodist Church and latterly (by transfer) in the United Methodist Church.

 

My professional coaching training and International Coaching Federation accreditation enable me to create a safe and supportive environment for clergy leaders. I listen deeply and ask insightful questions to help you navigate your current challenges and identify goals. Together, we'll develop a plan to achieve your ministry and leadership aspirations. I take pride in empowering my clients to make meaningful progress.

 

Outside of coaching, I love to spend time with family and friends, run/walking, and following rugby and soccer, especially the fortunes of the Ulster, Ireland rugby teams, and Liverpool FC in soccer.
